IT Helpdesk Analyst - Deeside

An experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst, who will have excellent customer service / support skills, previous IT service desk / helpdesk experience and ideally some knowledge of VOIP systems, is required by a leading business in Deeside.  A salary of up to £21,000 plus shift allowance is offered depending on experience.  You will be required to assist with an out of hours rota covering 5.30pm – 10pm week 1 in 4.

Working within the small IT team and supporting the established Business Development team, the IT Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing IT and data support to external customers and, when appropriate, introducing them to the business development team - when their services can be improved by more suitable contracts / solutions.

Based in Deeside, we are recruiting on behalf of a leading business that has been operating for over 25 years and has been enjoying an extended period of growth.

Skills Required:
The IT Helpdesk Analyst will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Previous IT support / helpdesk experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft OS, server applications, networking and remote support products
- Strong customer support / service skills
- Any knowledge of VOIP systems would be a distinct advantage
